“Since starting yoga with Doreen 2 years ago I look forward to Monday nights every week. Doreen is such a caring, experienced teacher and is very considerate to all of our varied needs and abilities. She gently assists and demonstrates moves, respecting each person’s physical space and her classes are so uplifting. I have noticed a gradual improvement in my strength and flexibility which I am delighted with. Doreen takes a lot of time to make sure the classes aren’t repetitive and each week we focus on different body/mind areas. She always has a smile and is so positive and I’m assured of great night’s sleep afterwards! If you’ve never tried yoga then definitely come to the class and give it a go.”
